the PC is like a boat on the water but the boat has a big hole in the hull & the service packs are the airbags attached to the side to stop it from going down. The upgrades are the bricks that get tossed into the hull till the airbags get over come then another service pack goes in so even more bricks/upgrades acn go in & so on!
The PC never just fixes the hole probley because that won't generate new software sales & the loading - sinking will conmtinue so when 1,000 years from now & the explorer is up to 218,516 the fun will continue as flawed! Thye other issue is that registry program should have been on board with every windows program from day one if they are so reliable but again that wouldn't generate sales & just be glad microsaft does not make cars as the dead would be all over world wide....
the new car without brakes steering wheel & a locked up throttle cable that would make old Audi jealous or new Toyota ! (hey get used to that Toyota - the world never forgets bad design)
My buddy has aMAC & told me 10 years ago there were 10 known virises & today the same known ones & NO security progams needed 7 just the purity of having a computer with out any worry ! I began to ponder does the security program companies invent virises to stay in a job or is microsoft just that sloppy , wrong & bad ? Always some useless hack in a board room trying to justify his redundency by inventing another stupid upgrade to "IMPROVE" the computer world.
I say to those corperations if you hold their heads under water till the dtruggle stops the problems solved!
& after a certain age the faces become too old to appear on milk cartons!
there was1 upgrade of special note.It turns the screen upside down & makes the mouse work as moirror image..HUH???..well if you become so mad you throw the screen in the corner & it lands up side down.Hey My PC works!!!!. "P"retty "C"rappy
